It would mean more competition for MMCs, and with the overhead of a MMC, they won't be able to compete with caregivers that do not have to operate a retail shop. If Corry gets this done I think a lot more MMCs will end up closing because hundreds of private cgs will rent warehouse space to provide for their patients.
