You might want to fill out the trouble shooting form for better help. Whats your watering schedule like? If its been awhile since youve watered try that for starters. If they are thirsty they should perk back up within 24 hours. But like i said try filling out the troubleshooting form.

also possibly/probably over watering them. those pots are big. almost a little too big for the plant i think. make sure the pot is real light before you water it again. you can just tell when you lift the pot and it is really dry it will feel like the pot is filled with dust basically plus the weight of your plant. when it gets to this point or just a little before then water it. do this every watering.

yeah, fill out a form asap. if your soil is parched water them, if not then you have bigger problems. if your soil is saturated that could also be a factor. as said learn the weight of your planters both dry and wet. your root base may not be big enough to handle that volume.
