I never top my plants, I only use Low stress Training. I take each big branch and bend it down and force all of the laterall growth to now to upward. I would never go back.



These bitches can take a beating too. As long as you do all of your bending and supercropping before flower, your plants should have enough time to recover from the stress and still give a nice yield.
