hello. although not entirely grammatically correct, the petition is well readable, and focused on rescheduling "marijuana" (as 'THEY' termed cannabis), by either; or both of two methods. i was unaware that administratively the HHS has held patent since 2003, and could reschedule in their own interest. having spoken with Sen. Steve Clause in Alabama, even though he is favorable, the system still strongly fears and opposes rescheduling ( I suspect too many covertly profit with undisclosed and untraceable cash); and I am fascinated by what possible coercion, ... we could break the HHS. I am happy to sign, being a patient in need.
