Creatine is not tested in the urine sample. Creatine metabolizes into creatinine, which is the end waste product thats found in urine and tested by the labs to determine an overly-diluted sample, as Web stated above.

Creatinine is also tested to determine a "non-human" urine sample. Samples with a creatinine level below 2 mg/dL are ruled "not consistent with human urine", as outlined in the criteria set by the US Dept of Health & Human Services (DHHS).
