Hello guys, making a purchase descision right now and need a sensible estimate on how many plants could fit in a tent with the following dimensions:

width: 120cm (47.2")
depth: 120cm (47.2")
height: 200cm (78.7")

Have only done outdoor grows before and i appreciate its a totally different process.

well, it all depends on how tall and how bushy, how many watts/lumens and what method of growing. for example in SOG style with small planters or a hydro system and 800w you could do about 30, otherwise with 2000w you could grow 3'-4' and only about six or maybe eight plants. either way most of your vertical space is wasted. SCROG will maximize yield with less wattage and can be one to 12 plants+/- depending on strain. soil and planters take more space however easier to manage and can be rotated for more uniform light distribution.

Thats about the size of my tent that I WAS using. It HAD a 400w cooltube and was enough room for 5 5gal DWC buckets. 600w would do alott better in there and that WAS what I had in mind.
