That depends on how much weed you had smoked, how long youve been smoking weed, and numerous other factors - too numerous to arrive at a realistic estimation. Only periodic testing with a home THC test kit can give you an answer.
When testing yourself, be sure to use the first urination of the day.

Keep in mind that THC is fat soluble and not water soluble. Therefore, drinking a bunch of water days or weeks before the scheduled U/A is of no help. Drinking water is only good on the day of the U/A because it temporarily reduces (via diluting) the THCA concentration that is present in the bladder to where the urine sample registers below the cutoff thresholds of the drug screen (providing that the THCA concentration is not too high). Again the dilution phenomena is only temporary. Once the water that was consumed had all been urinated out, a "dirty" donor would resume testing positive for THC.

Creatine is used during dilution techniques to help keep creatinine levels within acceptable limits. Labs check the creatinine level (along with specific gravity) to determine an overly-diluted urine sample. Samples with low creatinine and SG are ruled "too-dilute". Creatine-loading must be done 2-3 days before the U/A to allow adequate time for the body to convert the creatine into creatinine and be present in the urine.

well i lift weights and i use 10 grams a day....i was told given the circumstances of how much i work out and sweat that it would only be in my system for a weekish. also i only had a gram

Given the importance of passing a drug test to obtain/maintain employment, or staying out of jail, would you rather rely on guesswork from others instead of taking a home THC test so you know for sure?
