Hello, I'm moving to Colorado in a month and I'm looking to use medical marijuana to treat my extensively (10+ years) documented migraines. I've found a place to live, and I'm looking ahead to see how soon I can apply.

What I've found online says that I can use a utility bill from my CO place of residence (with my name on it) in lieu of a driver's license, so what I'm wondering is this - what bills are acceptable? Could I just use a statement of rent paid from my apartment complex?

Alternatively, how long would it take for a bill from a paid utility (cable, internet, energy), and could I initiate it before I move to make sure a bill is there once I arrive?

These are pretty random questions that I don't expect anyone could provide an answer to, but thanks for reading!
