The state can if they take the lead. The 10th Amendment supplies the tool that any governor or state attorney can use to kick the DEA out of the state. The 1oth has already been used in some states for decreased laws governing firearms. In fact our own state is working on a bill that overides the federal law for ownership of silencers for guns. If it works for guns it will work for plants. All it takes is one governor or one state attorney general to step up to the plate and start fighting for its citizens.

Why the heck did they come out with the non-copy paper if that won't work? Seems we already have something to show if needed a registry is just a bunch of BS...It's like she wants to be known as the one that cares but all her bills seem to have the potential for a lot of harm with just a change in leadership....like an Election. I just can't understand why registering is so important to her? More so it seems than Rating: 5
