On a side note I finally got a kung pao pepper to sprout. Now I just hope I can keep it alive. I get mj to sprout every time but these little fuckers were tough.

    nice thread!

Are you going to top just once or do you top often in veg?

How long have you kept your plants in veg in one of those 7x7? Just wondering if you think it effects growth rate or not? I've always veg in bigger pots and want to see it from your point of view. Do you do something different to the soil like add more wormcastings or anything like that?

if possible would you veg in a large container?

Your plants are looking very nice. I can't wait to see them later in flower.

Lol. They only stayed in the seven inch pots about a week. I was having to water too much after that. They r now in twelve inch pots. I have not decided if I want to chop on them anymore or not. I was thinking of just trimming off some lower growth. To be honest I do not have much experience with trimming. I let my last plants just grow without trimming to see what it would do and thought is just top these once and remove lower growth and see how that goes. I'm using a t5 so lower growth has turned out subpar. As far as the soil goes I just use ffof just like it comes. I will cut the bottom off these pots and place them inside another pot the same size filled about 3/4 full before I put them on 12/12 I use the fox farm nutes and pretty much follow their chart. One thing is for sure. When I turn off the fan these girls stink like crazy. Lol.

Haven't posted in a while. Gonna throw them to flower in a couple of weeks. I just thinned them out a couple of days ago so Im gonna give them time to recover. They have just started to alternate nodes. So far only ck1 has proven to be female. It has been the strongest most vigorous plant by far. The small plants in the last pic r my peppers.

Aha looking very nice , short stout indica . You can flower now if you want , i'd not take any more off them as you have plenty room by the look of it .
I'd go thinning out lower branches that won't reach the canopy and flip to flower , i'm crowded tho and light dosent get through my canopy .

I chopped some pretty big branches so I want to let the auxins work it out. I'm in no hurry anyways. BTW...they have all shown their hairs now. Props out to Dna genetics.

Have not posted in a while. Nothing very exciting going on. The plants themselves r well over three feet tall.
