WORST - WELL IM FROM U.K AND WOULD HAVE TO SAY SCOTLAND AS A WHOLE IS MINGIN, BUT THE WORST BY FAR IS A PLACE CALLED COVENTRY!!!OMG "THERE IS A SAYING IF YOUR A BAD PERSON THAT YOU'LL GET SENT TO COVENTRY" THEY HAVE LIKE AN HOUR OF LIGHT PER DAY COZ IT TAKES SO LONG FOR THE SMOG TO LIFT!!

That little town is bad ass, you have awesome winters if you like to snowboard, and mild dry summers. The air is so clean, and people there know what the fuck is up. The worst city would have to be some little town in Utah. The mormons hate pot heads, and look down on you if your not mormom. Sorry to all you mormons, but it's fucking true.
