For me, the best would have to be Durango, Colorado. That little town is bad ass, you have awesome winters if you like to snowboard, and mild dry summers. The air is so clean, and people there know what the fuck is up.

The worst city would have to be some little town in Utah. The mormons hate pot heads, and look down on you if your not mormom. Sorry to all you mormons, but it's fucking true.

And if you live outside the U.S. like Europe, tell me the best in worse there too, because the reason I'm posting this is because I'm always traveling, and I want to know where to go, and where not to go.
