Looking for Opinion on LED lighting in 5x5 area. Input please
Currently I have running (4) 90 watt LED lights . Here is the link to the lights I have. GrowUFO UFO LED Grow Light . I am satisfied with how they are performing , but not totally. I was wondering if someone could tell me if they think this is enough to cover a 5x5 area or should I supplement , some additional LED's is the red spectrum for the flowering stage. The veg stage these have done awesome. You input is appreciated .
Thank you

Seems quite low to me. I am using 150W for 4 sq feet and would like to go higher, but for heat limitations. You have 25 sq feet or over 6 times more. You are using 360w, whereas I would recommend at least 2 to 3 times that much.
Of course, wattage is a measure of power draw, not photonic energy.

i dont know much about LED-s but all the revius what im been reading then they dont seem do be the best ones..specialy the UFO ones..they are great for vegging but crap for flowering..you should add some CFLs..
and yeah..you need way more light..search for WEESARD..he seems like genius with LEDs..but it will take you few weeks do read all his posts and threads.

I would add four 40w CFL's to get that extra intensity. If you have a 5x5 area why dont you grow an sog with a 1000w light? You could get two pounds every ten weeks like that.

Currently , I run 4 of the ufo's.GrowUFO UFO LED Grow Light , I would like to stay with LED's , because of the energy bill. I just am trying to figure out what I should add so that I get the most out of my 5x5 area. What would you recommend I add ?

Khyberkitsune,
Do you have a recommendation of where I could get a good 300 watt panel ?
