last watering on my first crop

should i use just water only(no nutrients)? i am not seeing many amber crystals but the hairs are mostly amber. from what ive been reding i have about a week left. here are some pics. its my first time so be gentile

i have been using and organic growth enhancer, cacium, liquid bone, a soil nut, and lime when needed.

Oh yeah, nice job....plain water, no nutes. Let soil dry before harvesting, buds will dry quicker....

the guy at the local shop mentioned flushing with liquid bone, but that brings the ph down so much i was a bit worried.........i have had every problem i could have and they still look good i think. i had fungus gnats, white powder, and a small mite break out. a few bombs and a extra week seems to have worked well.

Liquid bone as in liquid bone meal? If you were to add that during the final week(s) for flushing, it would kinda defeat the purpose of a final flush. Liquid Bone Meal is a fert, you don't want any ferts in your buds when you harvest so plain water would be best, RO or distilled....

A few bombs? As in bug bombs in the past week? Ughhh, I'd be really careful with that, you might want to soak the buds in water overnight if you have done this because if it was only a week ago that chemical leaves a pretty heavy residue.

I gave my almost finished plants their last dose of bloom boost almost 3 weeks ago and have only given them nutrients I'd actually consume myself such as protein powder with creatin, vitamins, amino acids,epsom salts and molasses since. My thoughts are if it's safe for me to consume it shouldn't produce anything toxic in the plant? Day 72 and I've been flushing with only water since yesterday.

i had a sulfur bomb for some minor mold about a month ago and a bug bomb for a few mites i found about 2 weeks ago. i pulled one of the plants earlier in the week and things seem fine and dandy. nice sweet citrus smell. no funky taste on em. i did my final watering today on the rest with nothing but the water as recommended. gonna wait about 3 days before letting them be in dark for 48 hr. then its chopping time i guess..... the strain is snowcap too if anyone has any unique info about it...

Why are you going to waste time with leaving them in the dark for 48hrs? The "leave them in the darkness for 48hrs before you harvest....." is a myth. Search a thread called "old wives tales". There you can read all the myths that have been spread......

I'd still soak them in water...a week or two removed from a bug bomb on fresh buds would bother me FWIW. Mites in the final few weeks of budding aren't going to really cause any problems because they mostly live on the sun leaves and leave the buds alone.
