You should have gotten one per plant....

Direct sunlight gives off an estimated 100,000 lumens per square meter (wikipedia). That breaks down to 11,111.1111 lumens per square foot. So 2600 lumens would be like putting them in the shade outside. For best results, get yourself another clamp light fixture and two more 42w cfl bulbs. Place each lamp like 1-2 inches from the plant tops. This will accelerate growth....
