Usually people ask a question when stating they need help. What's your question???

Now some questions for you - do you have fresh air intake and exhaust?
How far is your 400w lamp from your tops? MH? CFL? HPS?
    What nutes are you using?
What strain, indica dominant or sativa?
What's the height of your space?
How did you loose the other three?
    How often do you water?
Have you been into the plant problem forum section?
There is a thread in the plant prob section with a troubleshooting form that you can copy and paste into this thread. Go there, copy then paste back here, answer the questions, then ask questions, if you really want the help....

Could be anything, too much fertilizer is very possible. You're down to one plant from seed so you have 50-50 chance of having a male plant, I'd get more seeds ASAP or some clones. I have had runts from seeds that refused to grow more then 3 feet tall no matter what I did.

indicas tend to not get bigger than three or four feet.

Three feet is very short, I'm not sure it's typical, I've seen plenty of indica plants much taller then that.

Veg time and light/lumen intensity are the two biggest factors that determine overall end height....that goes for both indica and sativa strains.....

indicas are short and stout, sativas tall and lanky. sativas can be 10 ft or more and indicas much much shorter making them and their hybrids much more desireable for indoor environments as well as shorter flowering times.
