Erowid has good info. Check out the web links there too. There is a dosage chart somewhere on there. Best to get Robotussin Extra Strength Cough or other containing only DXM. Keep in mind that this shit is very strong. Last time I drank (2) 4oz. bottles. I weigh 225lbs. I was debilitated for several hours. At one point had semi-paralysis, couldn't walk or talk. I suggest (1) 4oz. bottle for a good trip. 8oz. was too strong for me, stronger than acid, and I used to do alot of that. Be safe on that stuff and in a good mood when you do it.

The trip is differnt then any other pychodellic out there. it takes about an hour to kick in and can last up to 6 hours. the first time i suggest only one bottle of robotussin max stength. you see shit but not as much as mush or acid. Its crazy shit at about 1200 mgs (my max) it really can have some ill effects after extended use i sliped into a dark depression after about 2 months of semi daily use. use it dont abuse it good luck

DXM is a very powerfull dissassociative anestetic, DO NOT DO IT ALONE RESULTS SUCK BALLS!! You tweak out and have a very bad trip. 165 lbs. hmmm drink a 4 oz. bottle of Robbutussin Max Strength that will make you trip but be around people you know and trust. Yeah my first time Dexing man that was great till the end. 900 mgs. Intense thats all I'll say. And Dutchmaster's right don't abuse it. Have fun...Peace
