pruning fan leaves?
STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP.....the fan leafs are organs of the plant....trimming any leafs will result in stress and could slow the growth. How would you feel if someone started trimming your lungs?!?!? Omnibuddy got it right. The only reason you would trim is if they were blocking light, but still...they are the power house of the plant. Do a search for it, There are alot of threads on this...
bluntar Reviewed by bluntar on . pruning fan leaves? Alright...I've started to flower..their about 2 weeks in, and everything is going great...so I'm wondering, what happens when I start pruning those large fan leaves? I'm told by some to leave them alone, and others to trim them so the bud will grow larger...anyone with any experience, would love the imput...thanks. Rating: 5
