They look ok. Some leaves look like they are telling you something unless they are crowded in there.

Induction time will be determined by genetics. Indicas usually bloom faster than Sativas. 7-14 days of 12/12 for indicas, 14-21 days or more for sativas....with zero light leaks during dark period.....

What light schedule do you have them on currently?

They look good. They are indica. Skinny leaves would be sativa but you have broad leaves. Time to transplant into bigger containers, like 5 gallons (about 20 liters each). Flowering takes a while but don't get discouraged. It'll happen. Don't let light expose them, so if you need to water or check on them only do it when the light is in on mode. What fertilizing method are you using, if any? If you don't want to use large containers, at least transplant to something bigger because they'll keep growing in flower. If you're growing in a small space, don't be surprised if they outgrow the space. Have a small fan blow on them if you don't already. Good ventilation is an important but often overlooked part of growing indoors.

water at night is fine, but water when soil is dry to about 1 inch depth. Stick your finger in the soil to about 1 inch. If you pull it out and soil still feels wet, it probably has enough water. No, they won't die if you don't transplant, but when the plant is taller than the pot it is in, it's time to transplant into something bigger. Fan is ok.
