Autoflower Male flowers?

Hello everyone. Just wondering if anyone can help me out with a question about autoflowering strains? I usually grow hydro but decided to gro a few femenized autos in dirt along side the hydro plants. everything was going good and i looked closer at the autos and there is male flowers popping out on every plant. I know this sounds like a stupid question but r autos supposed to look like this? any help would be great

Where did you get them?

They are seedsman seeds feminized auto lemon. i ordered from attitude. I already sent seedsman an email so we will se what they say. I know this is prob another dumb question but will those open male flowers effect my others that have 4 weeks of veg left?
