SunLeaves T5 Grow 4800 Lumens x 4 Tubes Is this enuff lumens for two hydro babies?

For 2 plants that should be fine. I have 10 plants in 1gal. pots under a 4' 6 bulb t5. Try to keep it about 2"-4"......or as close as you can with out burning. During flowering I get them as close as an inch...with good ventilation
