SB 5073 Passed, sent to the Govenorfor signing!
Coops are limited to 45 plants and 72 ounces and only what they grow....and that is supposed to supply the market under the new idea being schlepped around right now in the special session? Wow

I like that better than having the big warehouse grows where someone will just come in and make a killing in the market. The small co ops will help keep it more fair for the patient. They can go see how there plants are doing and if they're not happy they can try another one.

If we could have small co-ops and local farmers markets I think it would work for now...Not sure what the outlook for farmers markets is, but I hope they stay. Would rather go there than a dispensary...Lots of different clones and all the other meds also.
And we never failed to fail...it was the easiest thing to do.

Read the new bill last night. The worst part that I see in the bill is a change in doctor authorizations. It says that doctors can not specialize in writing MMJ authorizations. That will pretty much kill the movement right there. Hardly any general practioners are interested in dealing with the DEA and risk losing there DEA number for prescription drugs.

Yep, lines 30 and 31 kill it for most. My doctor will not cross that bridge, sends me to one of the specialists who only does that.

I think it will open the market for more Naturepaths...Seems to me in this great country of ours whatever the void...it gets filled. Plus it may be a bonus to some that have never used a Naturepath. I hope more step up.
And we never failed to fail...it was the easiest thing to do.
