Turns out I was freaking out over nothing. Piece of cake.

Went in with sample crotched, filled out paperwork and waited for 30 minutes or so. I was mainly concentrating on not letting the magazine I was reading shake like a leaf.

They called me back, gave me a cup and left me alone in a restroom. Water was blue and the seat was fastened down for some reason. I was glad I used a three ounce sample...I don't think two ounces would have been quite enough. I used a temp strip called "Fever Bugz." Worked great with minimal practice.

Took the physical - no gown - with sample bottle in pocket. By the way - for the hernia check I was on my back on a table. He pressed down above and on either side of my unit and had me cough. No pants dropping involved.

The whole thing was shockingly easy.
