read the dilution methods but I'm wondering if my Florinf (water retention medication) will affect this.

Yes it will effect it a way by not allowing you to pee as much as you would normally. I take hydrochlorothiazide for my blood pressure. I would just increase your liquid intake a little. Its not detectable as far as an adulterant or false positive. All your after is to pee quite a bit before your UA. So whatever you can do to make that happen will help.

Why would you be taking a water retention pill for a heart condition? That could be deadly. You should be taking a pill that makes you piss like a horse.
