It's a plant...It should be decriminalized and tax the stores that sell it. If it gets where you need an attourney to understand it, then it is no good. Keep it simple.

Since SB 5073 seems destined for failure ( good or bad ), why don't we collectively discuss and debate what points in a new law we can agree on and which points are unworkable? We could draft a new initiative with the contents that will work for everyone and whether or not this bill is enacted a new initiative will override it. If it makes sense, the people of WA St will sign and support it. Looks like we will have the time to achieve this before the 2012 session. Any thoughts?? Rating: 5
