Me again with more questions.

I go in this week for a pre-employment drug screen and physical. I have the paperwork in front of me. The sample will go to MedTox for a number 88548. At the top of the page is says "3 part drugs of abuse test request."

On the medical exam form, there are boxes checked for lab work to be performed. They are:
Urinalysis
Hemoglobin
Back Screen
Creatinine
Drug Screen
Pulmonary Function Studies
SGOT, Bilirubin

So it looks like they will take blood too, or not?

On another form, they list Required Pre-Employment Tests as follows:
Drug Screen (to MedTox)
Height
Weight
Blood Pressure
Pulse
Vision Testing
Review of Patient History

It also says to check the following:
Eyes, ears, nose, throat, glands, lungs, heart, abdomen(hernia), back, reflexes, extremities.

So it looks like I'll have a "turn your head and cough" moment too.

My question is mainly this: What's the best way to go in, with the sample crotched or in a pocket with a heater? I HATE being unprepared, and I don't know what to expect. It's driving me crazy!

Thanks for any insight.
