I know I push Earth Juice, and it might seem as if I'm promoting it BUT.. For the amount of money you are going to spend on all of the individual products to produce a good tea, EJ has it mixed for you already. I mean at 33 dollars a gallon you can't beat it.

There are many recipes available to you throughout an internet search but honestly there is no point to use anything else. Keep in mind that you can not use any synthetic nutrients if you choose to go the organic route.
