You should let them finish and replenish your seed stock... The seeds if any would be female.. So that's a plus when planting from seed your next crop..

Somehow..Your crop got pollenated or stressed.That is why you have seeds.. Not a bad thing!

I am about 10-14 days away from harvest (max i think) but I suspect either my plants are growing seeds or that they may have hermied. I'm new to this game.
