Day 5:
I did not water in the morning. The power went out due to high winds. This is the second time the heater was out of operation. This time, however, the temperature only got down to 13 degrees(55 F). Regardless, when I checked them they had sprouted. I did not expect them to break the surface for another day or so. Number three and five are already three inches tall. I started the lights. Three 6500k 1800 lumen clfs and one 2700k 1800 lumen clf are hanging above the plants about 10 inches. I will lower them in the morning. I just want to make sure they get their second set of leaves out first. The lights are set on a mechanical timer set to turn on at 06:00 and turn off at 24:00. I watered the cups lightly, even though I probably didn't have to.

Day 6:
I lowered the lights in the morning. In the afternoon I watered the ones whose soil seems dry. They have really opened up compared to last night. They are starting to look like plants. They have their first set of ??true leaves? very pronounced. Cup number three looks especially healthy. Side-note: I found one of the seeds that did not germinate originally, it had sprouted a root, but it was all dried up. I dunked it in a cup of water and within seconds it looked healthy. It's interesting, but I didn't plant it, it's probably to far behind now. Plus, I'm not going to be able to grow this many as it is. Eventually it's going to get down to one or two full-sized plants. Below is a close-up of number three:
