    Flushing

    Hey guys

My plants are 9 weeks old and I have never flushed them
They are in their 4th week of flowering at the moment and will be ready for harvest in about 3 - 4 weeks.

Should I flush them now or wait until after their last feeding in 2 weeks time or should I do it both times?

They are in good health and flowering well at the moment

    Hey Mrsinn,

Sometimes it's a good idea to give the medium a good flush about 4 or 5 weeks of flowering to lower the residual salts. I personally like to feed twice, water once, which also serves to help reduce built-up salts. I think Keylime was buzzed and meant to flush for the last 2 weeks prior to harvest. This basically just means give them water for the last 2 weeks and will ensure your product doesn't taste like your nutes.

    Good Luck!

    Peace, Farmer Rich

Im at day 39 right now so it would probably be a good idea to flush? And should I just flush at my next scheduled watering?

Hey Drew225, flushing is a good thing, won't hurt your plants and will get out some of the shit left over from fertilizers. Given you were at day 39 on 11/15, you should be about done.. I personally like to use nothing but water the last 2 weeks. Farmer Rich
