I'm an independent and get a union newsletter every quarter(because my job requires me to belong to one), what a load of bullspit! They're still blaming everything on Bush and it's so completely one sided that I'm going to write them a letter and ask them to stop sending it to me.

People really should think for themselves, unions only exist to perpetuate their own existence. Don't even get me started on public employees or professional sports unions. I've never known a state worker to get fired over the merit of their work.

It cost more in legacy pension/benefit costs per GM vehicle then the raw material used to build it.

Spoken by an actual union member. Question: granted I'm in Texas and unions have ZERO power here, I just can't imagine an SEIU coming here and being like your part of us now like they did with homecare providers in Cali.And by the way, we favor open ballots to make sure you vote how we want. Crazy.
