I'm not an accomplished indoor grower. But, I've studied everything I can and have some experiencial learning (you know, from making mistakes
). Since no one else has chimed in, I'll offer my two cents.
Assuming your medium is nute free...
If they're auto's they are past ready for some light nutes (1/4 strength). (This I know from personal experience)
If they're photo's, they should be ready for a similar dose as long as they have two or three full sets of fan leaves.
The consensus seems to be to add light nutes every third watering. Some folks increase the nutes in small increments but, you have to be very vigilant for signs of nute toxicity.
Most of the people I've seen here that seem to be esteemed as experts, have a tendency toward "less is more"... better to suffer a slight loss in yield than to have a crop destroyed or severely compromised due to an over aggressive nute schedule.
Anyway, I hope this helps. All the best with your grow.
Are you growing auto's or photo's?

Interesting you've added a toothpick to the puck. Is that to hold the peat in place?
On humidity - This probably isn't a problem as you want low humidity for most indoor grows. The moisture in your soil will evaporate and get caught in a closed-in growspace. Lots of airflow is the answer to avoid moisture from collecting on and behind your walls where it will for mold that can actually put out a toxic gas, believe it or not. Adequate airflow is the biggest indoor grow problem. Everything else, from lights to ferts to soil, etc., is easy compared to making sure you have adequate airflow. And it's also the most overlooked issue. So I wouldn't worry about. If you bring in hot lights and use more soil and more water, you're going to see humidity rise.
For nutes, I usually recommend the Dynagro brand NPK ratio of 7-9-5. It's a one-part fert and has most or all of the nutes plants need. You shouldn't see any deficiencies with this fert. When they get to about 6 inches tall, transplant into 5 gallon buckets. This will take alot of soil but it you want them to produce, getting this right is important. 5 gallons of soil will be enough to last the duration of their lives. The Dynagro fert is easy to use and it doesn't take much - just 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water is all it takes in a soil grow (directions are on the back). Just go easy on the fert when they're small and later switch to 1/2 as they grow. You probably don't need to fert every time you water. Let the soil dry out some before you water again as roots need some air in the soil and water forces air out. If you're going to add your own fert, I'd avoid using soils that are already heavy with fert, like Miracle Grow. I don't think you'll need the extra perlite and vermiculite. These aren't really necessary even though some people use them. Don't breathe vermiculite dust, it won't come out of your lungs.

I freaked out when I turned up my HPS and the temps went up to about 85f and humidity was about 45%. Though this is not ideal, I have been assured by a some of the more experienced growers, that it shouldn't be a big problem, which agrees with PP's statements.
It makes sense. Every outdoor grow I've done had at least 2 1/2 months of 90f+ temps and the humidity here is off the wall, 70%+, not what would be described as ideal... Yet, I never had any problems from it. Having lived in Thailand, I can assure you, the climate there would not come close to the commonly accepted "ideal" growing conditions.
I'm glad to see someone with much more experiential knowledge, has jumped in to help you out. You'll be fine. I panicked early over a couple things which I learned from. You're on the right track and, as you can see, there are people here like PP that will help when you call out.
All the best with your continued success.
