That is nute burn. The mixture you are using is way too hot. If i was you i would go with just regular soil and ditch the manure for the time being. Thats just my opinion

First question - I started 4 plants all on the 5th node about I have had 1 male and 1 hermi I cut them both down the other two im not sure they arent show signs whats the chance theyll be a hermi or a male? Second question - My one plant is growing slower, its been a slow grower the whole time its only starting on the 4th node now its kindof bothering me what can I do to help?
