Heaven Fresh hf200 ionic air purifier

I found this ionic purifier that is very inexpensive ($60) and it gets great reviews for odor elimination on Amazon. I was wondering if anyone here had used, or is using, one of these.

I have a different brand but the technology is essentially the same on all negative iron generators, they are very effective in a small room and may even eliminate any smell. I've read that negative ions create a stronger growing environment but I can't say I've noticed a difference.

Anybody else? The concern I have is, this model is much less expensive than most negative ion generators. As stated, reviews were good (almost 5 star at Amazon), but it would be nice to hear how it works against the "dankness".
