pc fans strong enough for the filter?

1 80mm and 1 120mm acasa ultra quiet fans (18 db) hooked to a PC power supply ; it is doing OK for now carbon filter performs and airflow good
the box ( wardrobe ) is air tight somewhat, with tape
already have a "vortice punto" ready to be connected to outtake if needed during flowering
