All you have to do is remove the heat pack from its wrapper, shake it a bit, then attatch it to the bottle. Allow about 1 hour for the heat pack to warm the QF bottle to 100F.

There will not be a camera inside the bathroom. Cameras placed inside any bathroom constitutes ''voyuerism" which is against the law, resulting not only in criminal charges being filed, but the donor is entitled to civil damages as well.

Activate and attatch the heat pack inside the bathroom. Then walk out and say you are unable to pee at this time (not everyone can pee upon command). The collector is then required to follow "shy bladder" procedures - by having you sit down and drink water for up to 3 hours or until youre able to urinate, whichever comes first. Take advantage of this time window to allow the heat pack to heat the bottle to temp.
