I really need an opinion.. test is tomorrow

Hey everyone.

Okay so i really need help, i have a drug test tomorrow because im about to be hired at a new job. The last time i smoked was about 2 months ago (a few times). Before that the last time i smoked was about 3 months prior (so 5 months ago total).. but i was a chronic user back then.. literally all day, every day. like 7+ blunts a day.
So yea im just thinking it might not all be out of my system.. Anyways here is what i need the opinion on..

I have been drinking lots of water these past 5ish days.. and i just bought some b-complex vits.. as well as some 100% cranberry juice (i had planned to drink that the morning of the test) but stumbling on this forum (read the diluting sticky) is where i learned that if they test for creatine levels.. it will probably be too low. I was thinking id just dilute and make my urine yellow and id be good..
Since its tomorrow, i dont have time to get any creatine because (correct me if im mistaken) it takes about 2 days to show in your urine.. i tried to just eat a few cans of tuna today though..

so... do i keep on chugging the water? (i was trying to drink a gallon today) and about 2 bottles of water + gatorade along with some cranberry and just hope they dont test for creatine?

Or should i chill on the water (so i dont lower my creatine even more) and hope some creatine will come back into my urine by tomorrow and just maybe ill be good since its been 2ish months..?

i really dont know what to do.. i dont want it to be diluted.. but i really dont wanna fail either. I wish i would have gotten some creatine in advance or just really eaten some steak or something..
some info, im a female 5'4 and about 122. I have gained and lost weight these past few months..
and i cant get a home test right now..
what should i do?

ive strongly considered substituting.. but i dont think i have time to practice with the temperature. And i only have a regular thermometer that takes a persons temp.

Does anyone have any tips or advice? i just found out where the test is at.. its at LabCorp. I was looking at the site and it says "Our SAMHSA1-certified laboratories conduct urine drug analyses in accordance with DHHS2 and DOT3 requirements."

i dont really know what that means.. but im thinking this is a serious test.
Im about to leave in about 3 hours so any tips would be great.
I drank 32oz of cranberry a little bit ago.. and i think my plan is to drink 2 bottles of water now.. then a 32oz gatorade. I just took some b complex..

"Specimen validity testing is available to detect adulterants or specimen substitution resulting from a donorâ??s attempts to mask drug use"
and it talks about validity testing.. and mentions how when lots of fluids are consumed creatine levels are lower etc. So should i not be trying to drink all of these things?

im so nervous.. i really really need this job.. so anything you guys might be able to tell me would be sooo great.

Given your body weight and the amount of time its been since you smoked you should be fine. Just do a light dillution the morning of the ua.
Drink 16 ounces of gatorade the morning of the ua
pee 3 or 4 times first
and then use your midstream urine for the sample cup.

Two months and you are worried? Did you research uninformative yahoo answers instead of this forum?

I understand everyone is different, but two months is very exceptional.

4fingerlid in another thread is 3 months and still can't pee clean. It happens. It would easily take me 2 months to get clean.

In regards to the above inquiry, does or has anyone been through lab corps process for an occupational drug screening in Georgia? I'm sure various facilities operate differently, but I'm just wondering if clients are treated with privacy when giving their urine specimen or are they watched or door left open?

Pre-employment drug screens are never monitored, unless you give them a reason to suspect otherwise.
