Seeking Advice Particular to My Situation

Greetings there, everyone!

First post on the boards, but I'm guessing you get that from a lot of worried folks in this particular forum I just received a job offer, and as part of the pre-employment, I have to submit to a drug screening. Specifically, I am testing with Quest Diagnostics, and the test is the 35190n sap. Luckily for me, the offer came while I am on vacation, so I have until "the week of April 18th" to complete the screening, which means I can push the test out as far as 4/22. So now on to my specific history...

I'm a medical marijuana patient, and I generally smoke 1-2 spliffs of outdoor medical quality every day after work. Due to my heavy travel schedule though, I have been predominantly a weekend only smoker since about Mid-February. On those weekends I generally consumed about 1/8 oz of the outdoor medical quality, usually shared with 1 or 2 mates. I've been aware that this job offer might be coming for about a week now, so I've been totally smoke free since 4/3. Also, it's probably worth mentioning that due to a health issue, I take 2 adult general multi-vitamins each morning on my doctor's recommendation.

I did read through several posts before making this one, and based on those, here is my general plan. I'm going to go to CVS tomorrow and get one of their at-home marijuana tests (that's the only drug I have any reason to be concerned about). I'll wait til about mid-day and then test myself mid-stream. If that test comes back negative, it seems safe to assume that I'm in the clear, so I'll just continue what I've been doing this week (splitting my liquid consumption between water and gatorade, not really exercising, and of course abstaining from smoking). I'll get another at-home test on the week of the 18th just to be sure though.

If the first at-home test comes back positive though, that's where I'm concerned... I'll have at a minimum 7 days and a maximum 11 days to turn those results around, so I'm looking for the best advice to clean up my urine in that time frame.

Any advice is highly welcomed, and I of course thank you for taking the time to read this and trying to help me out!

When testing yourself each time, always use the first urination of the day, when THCA levels would be at their highest. If youre testing negative with the first urination of the day, youre good to go.

If you test positive, and the scheduled U/A is 3 days away, you have 2 viable choices:

- find a clean sample or synthetic to use as a substitute

- avoid all exercise and begin creatine-loading in preparation for dilution on the day of the U/A.

I would really study up and practice the sub routine. I would say your chances of getting clean in this short of time would be very difficult.
