Look for an ionizer on E-bay or Craigslist, I picked one up for $75 and 5 weeks into budding you can't smell anything in my room. I've read it helps stimulate plant growth but I can't say either way since I've always used it.

I live in an apartment and I'm only growing 2 plants of M-39 and it smells pretty strong in my room (I grow in my wardrobe). It doesn't reach the outside of my apartment yet but I hope it will not!
