Where are you getting this crazy information from? NOBODY is allowed to pick up meds from the IND program. They are mailed through Fedex. IND does not accept new patients, so veterans are not a part of this program either. There are only 4 or 5 people left in the country who are part of IND and when they die the program will cease to exist. You should really read up on what is happening before you post.
