Okay, I have a drug test in just over a month, and I weigh just about 350lbs, 6'1'', and I'm pretty sure I have a slow metabolism, and I am also very inactive...Yeah, not much of a plus there...

My plan is to eat as healthy as possible, drink tons of water for the next month, maybe do a 7 day detox flush (for the hope), and work out every day for atleast an hour to sweat the THC out..


Please, if anyone has ANY useful hints, and any realistic answers as to seeing if it's possible.


If not tell me now, so I can figure out a way on how to sneak some quick fix into a DOT physical....this is last resort because I really wanna pass it naturally and not have the crazy stress of getting caught with a bottle of synthetic urine..:wtf:

Drinking water is only good for the day of the test. Drinking a bunch of water days or weeks before the test is of no help. You must understand that THC is stored in fat cells and is not water-soluble, unlike other types of drugs. Therefore, you cannot "wash" or "flush" THC from the fat cells by drinking large amounts of water.

THC remains in the fat cells until the fat cells are burned for energy. When fat cells burn, the stored THC metabolizes into THCA and released back into the bloodstream, filtered by the kidneys, and deposited into the bladder. The rate in which THCA is filtered from the bloodstream by the kidneys is unaffected by large fluid consumption.

The purpose of drinking fluids is to dilute (thin out) the THCA concentration that is present in the bladder. The idea is to thin out that concentration enough to where the urine sample registers below the cutoff thresholds of the drug screen. The dilution phenomena, however, is only temporary - once the fluids ingested had all been urinated out, a "dirty" donor would resume testing positive for THC.

ALL detox products are a big scam to capitalize on the so-called "war on drugs" by preying upon the uninformed and credulous and taking their cash. When they work at all, they work on the principle of dilution. You can spend up to $200 on a magic elixir and accomplish nothing different than what can be accomplished using just water and vitamin B2. The products do not rid the body of THC, as the makers and shills would like the consumer to believe. There is nothing that can permanently rid the body of THC except for time and fat-burning exercise.

Exercise is good if you have weeks or more to prepare. Remember though that when you burn fat cells, the THCA are being released into the bloodstream and end up in the urine. If youre home tests are coming up "dirty", and the scheduled U/A is 3 days away, youd want to stop all fat-burning activities and put your body in "storage mode" - be as lazy a possible to avoid releasing a bunch of THCA into the bloodstream, which will end up in the urine to be detected.

Sweating is hardly of any help because very little THC is excreted via sweat. You can sweat up enough to fill a water tower, yet the amount of THC being excreted would still be miniscule. The rest are being excreted via the urine and bowels.

Well, I guess I'll just have to substitute...My thing is after I get a job, I have to go to an orientation in a different state, and mess around for 3 days, But I know they give the drug test and physical but I have no idea how it's done..

I already sewed some undies together pretty well, So i'll just have to practice with the temp I guess!

any other suggestions for hiding the synthetic urine is welcome..

oh, and how long can the synthetic stayed warmed for? I'm tyhinkin I'll keep it warm for like 10 hours because I dont know exactly what time the orientation is, and I'm staying in a hotel so I wont have a microwave to heat it up faster.

dilution will work its just no point of drinking water up until the day before or day of the test. And there are a few precautions you have to take if you dilute. I think a month is plenty of time to come up clean so long you take a few precautions. Excercise for the next 25-28 days and the last 3 days before the test stop excercising to stop your fat cells from eliminating the THC into your bloodstream and urine. Day of the test you dont want to have all this THC in your urine.. you want it to be held in your fat so you arent pissing it out.

Sorry I don't have any advice for you... just wanted to wish you luck. I'm in sort of the same boat - still testing dirty at 22 days and my physical/test is in a week or less.

No. Fat burning exercise is what rids the body via urine and poop. Pissing and shitting like crazy isn't going to speed things up.

20 year retired truck driver here. Definitely go the sub route. I would really doubt you can get clean in a month, it takes me a minimum of 2 months, I'm 6'1" 280 lbs.
You can use hot water to raise the temp on synthetic urine. They can do the test at anytime during orientation so you will have to have a plan and be prepared for it. One of those big coffee cups can work in some cases to hold the urine for extended periods as long as you have time to pull it out and put it in your shorts unobserved. With the synthetic you can reheat as many times as you want to get your experience.
