Test in a week. Does the fact that I have high triglycerides make a difference?

I've been reading a lot here and elsewhere about dilution, and I'm at least a little more at ease than I was a week ago. I'm 47 years old, 6'4" and 250 lbs. I carry all of my extra weight in my midsection. Today is 21 days without smoking, and I'll have to test in a week or so (for a job that pays $13k more than my current job - so pretty important). Before that I was a daily smoker, so I'm sure my fat is well-saturated. I guess my main question is, since I have such a Rating: 5

I thought it was the al day sweating (and water drinkage) apparently I just got luck or had stoped smoking long enough prior.anyway dont mean to derail his topic.
