ManOBuds Reviewed by ManOBuds on . Waiting on PPL! anyone else? Hello friends. I got my patient id card and enrollment info back around last Nov. But after five months haven't even heard from them on my PPL. I emailed the DOH in Dec. and they told me the proses should take 30 days or less from being approved for you paitent IDcard. I thought my PPL app. may have got lost or something but they say they have it. Anyone else experiencing the same problems with the DOH? Rating: 5
