oh and whats the cutoff for creatine before the test? 1 day 2 days before stop? the creatine I have is 3.5grams and taking on average 3-4 a day, is this overkill for a mild dilute, I think I can almost pass on my own as indicated by the home tests so I don't want to dilute it too much, but I am also worried about the revenge of the metobolites coming back out of nowhere? and just to add to the diet question before the test my diet mostly is vegetarian, no processed foods and fish
