can i save them?
it can be done
2 ways to do it
1give them some support and desk top fan blowing on them
but i see that they are in a pot with another plant?
if so kill the other plant or clone it
have to let them grow out a bit
then cut down into the soil with a knife
like cutting a cake take soil out round the seedling
this will cause less stress
the soil does look to be over watered then the roots might not be that big
2 could wash away the soil with some gentle water flow
then replant them
some1 must of came across this before
i am only thinking of the top of me head:smokin:

Cripes you've really got your work cut out for you there! Its hard enough if all the seedlings were in a pot just together but to have that other big plant in there as well with its roots tangling up everything.. difficult. It looks like a couple of the seedlings have a little space around them, could you gently prise or maybe cut them away and bury those ones up to their armpits in new pots. That will stabilise their fragile stems. The ones that are hard up tight to each other perhaps they could go in your big pot together and see who makes it. Bury them as deep as you can too. The damage may be too much for them but I'm always surprised at just how much these little weeds can survive, so I always think its well worth having a go at saving them. If nothing else its good experience and you never know they could come good - win win either way.

As seedlings I'd be giving them one of the veg time scheme's - 24/0 or 20/4 or 18/6. My preference is 18/6 as it gives a decent dark period for the plants but its a personal choice for each grower. Whatever you choose though stick with it until your ready to flower and change to 12/12. Don't forget if you buy lights or have them already to use a colour suitable for veging plants, that is something in the blue range (6500k). If your getting pots too, try not to get something too massive for them (small plants = small pots) that will make caring for them much easier. All the best mate I hope it works out for you all

 Your going to be fine. Do keep us updated won't you with how they're going as I'm curious as to how well they'll cope with the transplant.
Could also be handy to see for anyone else in the future that find themselves in a similar situation.

can i save them?
I had a bunch of bag seed in a pot near a window once that did the same thing (though mine was more overgrown). what I did was pull the sedling up out of the ground trying to keep some root from breaking off. then tossed them into a bubble tub. I let the long weak stems go down into the water and set the leaves even with the lid (to remove stretch). the stems ended up growing roots all along it and after plants got "right" i moved them back to dirt..I was just goofing around but it worked well enough.
