So, if you aren't a homeowner, you do not have the right to a caregiver in Lafayette. Mr. <X> My understanding is that the caregivers NEVER had the right to grow all the plants in their dwelling. If they had a card, they could grow six for themself, and grow the others in the dwellings of their patients.
