drug test - advice

Ive seen a lot of good advice on here and maybe its just me freaking out but i have a drug screening tomorrow afternoon and i dont know what to do. I took one rip of some very potent stuff on march 2nd. I have not touched the stuff for 32 days. I was wondering if i should even consider buying the synthetic urine, take a home drug test, or do nothing at all and go in and take the test. Im and infrequent user. Im 6'3'' 250lbs. I could use some advice on what i should do, a lot of people on here seem to know what they are talking about so your help would be greatly appreciated.

Please do not worry. Based on what you have said, you are unlikely to have a testing problem. I would, however, recommend that you drink lots and lots of water the night before and the morning of the test. The lighter your urine the less detectable toxins of any sort are. Having had my share to piss tests and close calls, I'd say your worries are a bit much -- understandable because you don't want any trouble, but a bit much nevertheless. If March 2 was the last time you toked up, you should be just fine.

Thanks for the input, I have drank and drank and drank all types of fluids. From tea, coffee and juices for the past 3 weeks. If I drink lots and lots of water, won't that dilute the urine?

Drinking tons of water in the days leading to the test will not help you to get clean faster. THCA is not water soluble, you cannot wash it away like you wash the dirt off your car. Water loading(Dilution) is only effective the morning of the UA and water is not the only step you will need to take to ensure an effective sample. To prevent a negative dilute, Creatine, Specific Gravity, and urine color all play in as factors. All is information can be found by reading the Dilution thread at the top of the drug testing forum. Labeling THC as a toxin is also false information. The only way to rid the body of THCA is through time, exercise and a high fiber diet.

If your worried about passing or not, go and buy a home test kit from your local Walgreen's or Walmart and test yourself. Use the first urination of the day when you wake up, it contains the highest concentrations of THCA. If you can pass then you'll have no problem passing your scheduled UA.

thank you for your advice....i will try that tomorrow morning. I will post back when I hear something...being such an infrequent user, the time before march 2nd was on new years. I should be golden if the home drug test passes.

Very little if any THCA is excreted via sweating and his test was today so exercise is not a good idea.
