Dang..you were only an hour and a half from me,I live west of Fort Worth..you're welcome to stop by,anytime ,we'd be glad to have ya visit --don't be shy..lol.

We like that Texas is a whole 'nother country Us country-folk do have alot of the frontier still in us..we all believe in goin to Church regular,we love America and Texas..I reckon that we feel strongly about some things..but we're hospitable as all git out !

Have a good one..y'all come back soon..hear ?

Sir!
You are right, and its my biggest complaint when I on business travel - I only scratch the surface. As it is, I ust meet the people, see the back of a few taxis, hotel room and offce. Has to be said the view from my room in the Renaissance was very nice, and there were some excellent restaurants on main street. No BBQ sadly - next time!

But you are bang on with your observation: whole 'nother country, absolutely man. And its for that reason that your viewpoints, ideologies, thoughts feelings etc etc make sense to me, or rather, I can see why you have arrived at them and why you stick to them. Man, its a good thing to have a set of principals, but quite another to live by them, and good on you for doing that!

I mean, hey, simple fact is I dont agree with some of your vies, but thats what makes us human, and it suit me.

But yeah, Texas.....wish I could see more - I was expecting half my colleagues to leave the office and jump onto a horse!

I tell you, here in the UK, most people would be a little...shhocked at some of the attitudes going on over there!
