However, a repeal bill has made it's way through the senate and house. It is heading for Governer Brian Schweitzer's desk Monday/Tuesday. If not vetoed, MMJ will be illegal on July 1st, 2011.
Please call (406)444-3111 and let his office know you want a veto on 161. If they ask where you live, tell them Ca, Wa, Or, or whatever state you are from and point out that you can vacation or conduct business in Montana and buy your pain medicine in Montana.
