My old puter gave out on me, so, i bought myself a new one. Now, I can't seem to get the java applet loaded. Somebody help me, for I am lost and would like to communicate with my own kind.

More info, please. What browser and OS are you using, and did you visit sun.com to update your Java engine? One thing yo can try, if you are using Microsoft IE is to replace the Sun Java RE with teh old MS one. You can do that by following the instructions here. In my experience, if you're using IE, then the MS Java VM works much better than Sun's. Unfortunately, due to a lawsuit by Sun, MS is no longer able to distribute or support it's JVM directly,

cant u download java? check on google by typing java. usually i dont see why it wouldnt work.
